What an honour to have been invited to participate in this prestigious and so well run and organised Championship Show. I shall never forget this first ever opportunity to visit Australia, to meet so many friendly and welcoming devotees of our marvellous breed, and most of all to have been given the opportunity to go over the quality dogs and bitches that were entered under me. My special thanks to the organisers and my ring steward who worked tirelessly all day to ensure everyone present had the opportunity to enjoy.

BABY PUPPY DOG (15, 1 abs) 1ST Brien's JEOLENA A BOY NAMED SUE (Borstaff ThMan in Black x Ch Joelena Lemony Snickett) BABY IN SHOW What a classy black brindle with a beautiful head shape and with dark round eyes and muzzle of correct length. Lovely clean front and neat feet. I think this dog has a very promising show career ahead of him. One to watch out for in the future. Baby in Show. 2ND Brown & Ryan's ANGLICE LUCKY LAD - AI (Jodels Adagio – UK x Anglice Lucky Seaven) Attractive white pied youngster with correct head proportions. Well balanced with ample bone for his age. Shown very well for one so young. 3RD Koendidda Knls. KOENDIDDA MAN O WAR. (Grand Ch Boldhart Mo Macackie x Koendidda Yin N Yang) Tiger brindle puppy with a very pleasing head shape. Good straight front with sufficient bone all round for his age. Would like to see a shade darker eye. Well set ears, enough bone and ample rib for his age. Shown in first class condition. 2ND Yavion's WIRONASTAFF ON FIRE (Ruffhouse Slick Rick x Wironastaff Lite My Fire) Attractively marked red and white puppy. Pleasing head shape, good dark eyes and excellent pigmentation. Good clean lines, walked O.K. Shown and handled well. 3RD McManus's RIZENSTAR HUGO BOSS (Stafface True Grit x Kellbraille Jesannah) Well balanced red dog with white front. Lovely expression with a good black mask. Good depth of brisket and ample bone for his age. Set down in good condition.

Sound in shoulders and front with sufficient rib for his age. Shown in tip top condition. 2ND Macklin & Griffith's ACRSTAFF RISKY BUSINESS (Ch Lapwing Quicksilver Quinn x Truhaven Midnight Special) Black brindle and a young prospect that has a beautiful head shape. Keen expression, good reach of neck and a level topline. Ample tuck up in loins. Shown and handled well. 3RD Truhart Knls TRUHART NEW HORIZONS. (Cherabah Divils Advocate x Truhart Night Shadow) Very pleasing head shape with correct length of muzzle and ample underjaw. Good depth in brisket with well laid back shoulders and level topline. Strength in brisket with sufficient bone. Level in topline with admirable strength in hind quarters. Moved with drive, shown in fit condition and handled well. 2ND Boland & Keep's JOELENA HSV MALOO (Borstaff Just Bring It x Borstaff Tiklish Allsorts) Black brindle with white markings. Classic head shape, super reach of neck blending well into level topline. Just preferred the fitness of the 1st. but again, this one was also shown to perfection. 3RD Livingstone's LIKALOT LEADA OF THE PACK (Sparstaff Special Brew – Imp UK x Ch Likalot Blazing Amazon) Standard size black brindle dog. Well balanced and with neat rose ears contributing well to creating a good expression. This dog caught my attention as soon as he entered the ring. A true blend of bull and terrier. A head of correct proportions with a deep stop and ample underjaw. Good width of front and depth of brisket. Short coupled with level topline. Well angulated hind quarters and movement with drive and determination. Fits the standard well and handled to his best advantage. Pleasure to award him Challenge Dog in Show and Best of Breed in Show.. 2ND Osborne's CH TUSKSTOCK IT WASN'T ME (Ch Leatherwood Iron Mike x Ch Taroby Doohan It Easy) Strong black brindle dog of good quality. Powerful head shape with neat ears. Well muscled straight front and neat feet. Close coupled and strong rear end. Shown and handled in first class condition. 3RD Cairns / Hanley's CH LOCKSTAFF BLACK VENOM (Ch Truhart Black Night x Lockstaff Demon Girl) Standard black brindle dog with classic head proportions. A pleasing well defined stop with dark eyes. Well muscled on front and rear quarters. Level topline which he showed to advantage on the move. Excellent head shape with correct eye placement. Good pigmentation. Good reach of neck blending into correct shoulder placement and smooth entry into level topline. Good tuck up and well muscled. Shown in first class condition and handled to perfection. Well deserved Reserve Dog in Show on the day. 2ND Frazer's CH HIGHBOURNE BARYSHNIKOV (Ch Cherabah Ironside x Ch Highbourne Vintage Crop) Good quality black brindle dog with pleasing expression and head shape. Straight front with ample bone and neat feet. Correct length of neck and well placed shoulders. Level topline which he held well on the move. Well angulated hind quarters. Shown in top condition. 3RD Walsh's CH KYPAJUKA SON OF A CRUMBB (Ch Borstaff Snedrick Crumbb x Tribalstaff Goldeen) Well put together red dog with white markings and with excellent pigmentation. Lovely dark round eyes and very neat ears contribute so well to an excellent expression. Very clean bite, straight front with correct turn out from the pasterns and feet. Ample bone and sufficient spring of rib. Good depth of brisket, moved with drive and shown well. 3RD Evans' CH KNOCKON BITTER SWEET - Imp UK (Knockon In Touch – UK x Knockon Effect – UK) Attractive standard size black brindle bitch with a lovely head, dark eyes and strong underjaw. A beautiful expression. Sound in top line. I would have liked to have seen her a shade lighter in the loins but shown in super condition otherwise.
